All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods or product restocks, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery progress.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is 7–12 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, customs clearance, or other logistical factors beyond our control.
In most cases, customers receive their order within the 7–12 business-day window.
If a delay occurs, please allow a few additional days for your package to arrive.

Tracked shipping is applied at checkout — or free when you purchase 2 or more items.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
You can track your shipment directly via the carrier’s website or through the link provided in your confirmation email.
Customs & Taxes
Depending on your country’s regulations, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the total price at checkout.
Moonshine is not liable for any charges applied during customs processing.
Delays or Lost Shipments
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs inspections, or unforeseen logistical disruptions.
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days from the date of shipment, please contact us at info@moonshine.international so we can investigate the matter with our logistics partners.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information are not eligible for a refund.
